Education, not a professional engagement

The website provides general educational information and decision-support tools. It is not individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending or procurement advice. Using it does not establish an attorney-client relationship, fiduciary relationship or a consulting engagement. Engage an appropriately qualified professional when your circumstances require one.

Independent of the government

Streamwalkers is not SBA, GSA, SAM.gov, a contracting agency or a certifying authority. Government names, program names and links identify sources; they do not imply affiliation, approval or endorsement. Official government registrations and certification decisions must be completed through the applicable authority.

Official requirements control

Statutes, regulations, agency guidance, the specific solicitation and its amendments may change and may impose requirements beyond the summaries here. Check current official sources, the submission system and the contracting officer’s published instructions. A page’s research or update date is not a promise of continuous monitoring. Municipal, state and federal requirements can differ.

Eligibility and program routes

Explorer and guided setup results identify routes to investigate, not an eligibility determination. Ownership, control, business size, location, workforce, documentation and program-specific rules must be evaluated together. Minority, woman-owned, veteran or disability attributes alone do not establish certification or entitlement to a set-aside. A GSA Schedule or any certification does not guarantee sales or an award.

A HUBZone map result addresses geography only. Confirm the matched address and map pin on the official SBA map, review designation dates and obtain the required evidence. A business must separately satisfy applicable program requirements. An error, missing result or service outage is not a finding of eligibility or ineligibility.

Opportunity listings

Listings and searches are discovery aids and may be incomplete, delayed, amended, cancelled or closed. Follow the official notice to confirm scope, set-aside, response type, attachments and deadline, including its time zone. Sources sought and requests for information are not necessarily solicitations or promises of an award. No listing is a recommendation or a guarantee that your business qualifies.

Financial and Go / No-Go tools

Calculations are illustrative, based on the assumptions you enter, and generally pre-tax. Revenue is not profit; a contract ceiling, option year or estimated pipeline is not guaranteed revenue. Include proposal labor, outside support, travel, compliance, financing, delivery costs, overhead and contingency as appropriate, without double counting.

A probability-weighted estimate is not a prediction of winning. Separate sunk costs from future spending, test downside assumptions, and assess working capital and delivery capacity. A “Go” result is not approval to bid or spend, and a favorable calculation does not override an eligibility or compliance failure.

AI, external content and corrections

The public Playbook does not host an AI chat. If you use its optional workflow with a separately configured AI service, review that service’s privacy and usage terms and verify its output. AI-generated material can contain errors or fabricated references. Third-party websites and apps have separate terms and practices.

Report suspected errors or misleading content to legal@streamwalkerscorp.com, including the page and source supporting the correction. For platform protections and limitations, see Compliance & Security.
