Terms of Use
Effective October 1, 2026. These terms describe use of Streamwalkers Corporation’s public website, Government Contracting Playbook, planning tools and opportunity listings. By using these resources, you agree to these terms to the extent enforceable under applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use them. Separate written service agreements and separately operated apps may have their own terms.
What the public platform provides
The site provides educational material, public-source links, business planning exercises, knowledge quizzes, an address-based HUBZone lookup and a Go / No-Go decision guide. It does not create a government registration, certify a business, submit a bid, sign an application or establish an advisory engagement. The public tools do not require a paid account. A separately purchased service is governed by its own agreement.
↑ Back to contentsYour decisions and information
You are responsible for verifying facts, eligibility, deadlines, solicitation amendments, pricing, capacity and submission requirements with the relevant authority. Use accurate information you are authorized to use. Do not provide sensitive documents or information that the public tools are not designed to protect. Save any reports you need; the site does not maintain a recoverable account history of your planning answers.
Read the Privacy Policy, Legal Disclaimers and Compliance & Security pages for the scope and limitations of these resources.
↑ Back to contentsPermitted use and content
You may read the materials and use the downloadable worksheets and templates for your own business planning. You retain your rights in information you supply and in your own business records. Streamwalkers retains its rights in original site content and branding. Government publications, third-party content and trademarks remain subject to their applicable rights; a link or quotation does not transfer ownership or imply endorsement.
Do not misrepresent Streamwalkers content as an official government determination, remove attribution to deceive others, impersonate another person, distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass access controls or access another person’s information. Automated activity must not disrupt service or bypass restrictions.
↑ Back to contentsAvailability and limitations
The site and tools are provided as available, for general information and planning. To the extent permitted by law, Streamwalkers does not warrant uninterrupted availability, complete or current listings, error-free calculations, fitness for a particular procurement, or any financial or contract outcome. Verify important information independently before relying on it.
Third-party services and government systems can change or become unavailable. An unavailable lookup does not mean a location is ineligible. Streamwalkers may correct, update or discontinue public features. Do not rely on this site as your sole record, deadline reminder or submission channel.
↑ Back to contentsResponsibility and applicable rights
You remain responsible for your business judgments and submissions. Nothing on this site guarantees profit, certification, financing or an award. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or waives rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or replace a separately signed agreement.
↑ Back to contentsChanges and contact
Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date and apply prospectively, subject to applicable law. For questions, content permissions or concerns, contact legal@streamwalkerscorp.com. Streamwalkers Corporation is based in San Antonio, Texas, United States.
